This blue cheese is easy going; with a mild, sweet and creamy blue cheese flavour. This 4kg cheese is cut in half and made with cream enriched milk that is inoculated with the famous Penicillum roqueforti. The resulting cheese is soft and smooth, and creamy in the centre.
